Boat Decor is committed to providing you with World-Class Customer Service. All customized orders and sales are final due to its unique personalization. Customized orders include, but are not limited to, custom fitted bedding, custom boat mats, custom fender covers, custom wall art, custom boat lettering, custom boat gifts and all embroidered products.
Though we try our best in providing you with excellent service, please double check that your shipment has no shortages, damages or defects immediately upon receipt and notify Boat Decor Customer Service within seven (7) days after delivery if incurred.
Due to the fact the all orders placed on the Boat Decor website are custom orders and no product is in inventory, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from the date of your accepted order. If a production time will take longer than 3-4 weeks, the customer will be advsied by email or phone.
Since all products on Boat Decor are custom, returns will not be accepted unless there is a mistake or error on the order that was placed. Customers must contact Boat Decor prior to returning product to receive a Return Authorization code. Once incorrect product is received back, reviewed and approved for return, the customer's credit card will be refunded. Returns must be shipped either by United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Boat Decor cannot accept returns shipped with the United States Parcel Service (USPS) as there is no tracking number. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging as originally shipped.
